Behind the Lens

I am a full time professional photographer based in southern England. I have been recognized both locally and internationally for my inventive, conceptual photography work with pregnancy and newborn babies. I constantly challenge myself by using new locations, poses and props. Each and every baby is a complete inspiration!

Once you have made the decision to invest in a photographer, the first thing you should do is to find one whose work you absolutely love. One whose images beyond doubt, move you and leave a lasting impression. I’m hoping that is why you are here and reading about me.

Your investment with me goes far beyond the time spent together in the studio, and receipt of your final product. With years of experience in working with pregnant women and newborns, I have mastered the ability to compose incredibly beautiful pictures. Most people arrive nervous and a bit timid, but I can assure you, I will have you feeling completely at ease in no time. By gently guiding you throughout your maternity session, I am able to capture the most flattering images. Composure of the newborn images come much more naturally for parents, but I will still be assisting you to get the optimal positioning. For children, my ease of connecting with them makes it simple to obtain pure, natural, unrehearsed pictures.

I use hi-end digital cameras and state-of-the-art post-production equipment. All pictures are captured in colour, and can have a custom black and white conversion applied. This allows you to have your images not only colour, but also in a beautiful black and white tone that you will not receive elsewhere. I personally enhance each image, creating heirloom quality pieces of fine art – aspiring to provide you with better pictures than you will get from anywhere else. My goal is to see you totally satisfied with the entire process, and especially, the end product, which are pictures you absolutely love, and that beyond doubt, move you and leave a lasting impression.

As you would expect I have been enhanced CRB checked – the certificate is available for anyone who wishes to view it.
